My interview on "Fix Yourself with Shannon Connery" podcast

I've had the pleasure of working with psychologist Shannon Connery on a super smart concept for balancing your happiness: P.A.C.E., which stands for Pleasure, Accomplishment, Connection, and Exercise. (Easy right? Seriously, if one of those letters is off balance, your life will also be off balance.) She interviewed me for her podcast and we talked about some big jumps I made to balance my own PACE. Spoiler alert: My A levels were WAY too high, which maybe seems like a weird thing to say for an overachiever like me. But take a listen to find out what I did about it.

Her podcast in general is an awesome place for a little motivation and lots of inspiration--like having access to a down-to-earth therapist without the co-pay. (And, ahem, can't we all use that?) Find it here or on iTunes, Spotify, Google Play, or Stitcher.
